I'm fairly confident this conversation will be "interesting." I think you know that as well. You just don't want to have it because you're afraid.

Do you treat everything anyone says as a binding promise?

Do you also assume that everything everyone says is categorically and absolutely true?

No, I assumed that you knew enough not to say something to me that was absolutely false. Though, I suppose I shouldn't have, since you did tell me I shouldn't be taking you seriously.

Strangely enough, there's a lot of distance between "I was lying to you" and "Yes, Erika, please interrogate me whenever you like."

You understand the point, don't you? You may not have meant you'd talk to me any time, but for it to have not been a lie you have to have meant some time.

Plenty of people are willing to talk to me, but I don't want to talk to just anyone.

Understandably, as it takes a very stupid person to want to talk to you.

Certainly some people don't know what they're getting into, but there are at least a few people of above-average intelligence who enjoy my company, for your information.
