Oh, you're familiar with them? Nio's been fine, as far as I'm aware... Togami recently had a "heart game," but he's adjusting fairly well.

I've heard of Togami, but I've only spoken to Nio.

He's really alright? Those seem like they can be really bad for everyone involved.

They can be, though they can also be good, in some ways. I've been through several. Including my own, though that was quite a while ago now.

Then, do you think Togami's helped him?

...It depends on how you define help, of course. I think there were elements of both. But overall I do think it has put him in a better position to move forward from. And, it gave those of us who were inside a greater understanding of the situation as well.

That sounds like helping someone to me, and it doesn't seem as bad when you put it like that. Was yours the same? It helped you move forward?

...Yes. There were a certain amount of people making changes to serve their own purposes as well, of course. But, in a sense it released me from being bound, in ways I might not have managed for myself.
